(Ca/mg) Calcium & Magnesium Test Kit
For Aquaculture & Aquarium

Instructions for use :
Calcium
1. Rinse the test vessel several times with the water to be tested and fill to the 10 ml. mark.
2. Add 2 drops of reagent#1 and also 2 drops of reagent#2, then swirl gently. Solution will be pink color.
3. Drop reagent T drop by drop with swirls gently. After color change from pink to blue.

Counts and record as A.
Calcium (mg/l ) = A * 40

Magnesium
1. Rinse the test vessel several times with the water to be tested and fill to the 5 ml. mark.
2. Add 1 level spoon of powdert#3 and swirl gently, The solution will be orange color.
3. Drop reagent T drop by drop with swirls gently and counts the total drops that change the
solution color from orange to green and record as B.

Magnesium (mg/l) = (B – A/2) * 50

วิธีใช้งาน
หาค่า Ca หลอดที่ 1
1. ล้างหลอดทดสอบด้วยตัวอย่างน้ำหลายๆครั้ง และเติมน้ำตัวอย่าง 10 ml
2. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ #1 จำนวน 2 หยด และน้ำยาทดสอบ #2 อีก 2 หยด เขย่าหลอดเบาๆ
สารละลายสุดท้ายจะเป็นสีชมพู
3. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ #4 ทีละหยด
พร้อมกับเขย่าและนับจำนวนหยดจนสารละลายเปลี่ยนจากสีชมพูเป็นสีน้ำเงิน ให้จำนวนหยดของน้ำยาทดสอบ #4 ที่ใช้ไปทั้งหมดเท่ากับ A

ค่าแคลเซียม (Ca) = A * 40 (หน่วย มิลลิกรัม/ลิตร)

หาค่า Mg หลอดที่ 2 (เก็บตัวอย่างน้ำใหม่)
1. ล้างหลอดทดสอบด้วยตัวอย่างน้ำหลายๆครั้ง และเติมน้ำตัวอย่าง 5 ml
2. ใส่ผงทดสอบ #3 จำนวน 1 ช้อนปาด เขย่าหลอดเบาๆ สารละลายสุดท้ายจะเป็นสีส้ม
3. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ #4 ทีละหยด พร้อมกับเขย่าและนับจำนวนหยดจนสารละลายเปลี่ยนจากสีส้มเป็นสีเขียว ให้จำนวนหยดของน้ำยาทดสอบ #4 ที่ใช้ไปทั้งหมดเท่ากบั B

ค่าแมกนีเซียม (Mg) = (B – A/2) * 50 (หน่วย มิลลิกร ัม/ลิตร)
