(DO) Dissolved Oxygen Test Kit
For Aquaculture & Aquarium

Instructions for use :
1. Fill up water sample to the edge of BOD vial with cap firmly closed. Be careful about air bubble.
2. Then open the cap, and add 3 drops of reagent#1 and also 3 drops of reagent #2. Close the BOD bottle
with the cap firmly and shake until brown precipitate occurred, wait for 2 minute.
3. Open the cap and add 3 drops of reagent #3 then close the cap and shake until the precipitate disappear.
Open the cap and divide to 2 of BOD bottle.
4. Titrate one of BOD bottle by add reagent #4 drop by drop with swirl gently and count the total drops
until the yellow colour disappear to non-colour and record it as A.

Dissolved Oxygen (mg/l) = A /2

วิธีใช้งาน
1. ใช้ขวด BOD เก็บตัวอย่างน้ำให้เต็มขวดด้วยฝาขวดที่ปิดสนิทระวังอย่าให้มีฟองอากาศ
2. เปิดฝาขวดออกเติมน้ำยาทดสอบ #1 จำนวน 3 หยด ตามด้วยน้ำยาทดสอบ #2 อีก 3 หยด แล้วปิดฝาขวดให้สนิท เขย่าให้เกิด ตะกอนสีน้ำตาล จากนั้นตั้งทิ้งไว้ 2 นาที
3. เปิดฝาขวดออกเติม น้ำยาทดสอบ #3 จำนวน 3 หยด แล้วปิดฝาขวดให้สนิท และเขย่าจนตะกอนละลายหมดสารละลายจะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีเหลืองเปิดฝาขวดออกแบ่งสารละลายออกครึ่งหนึ่งใส่ขวด BOD อีกใบ แบ่งให้เท่ากัน
4. เลือกขวดใดขวดหนึ่งมาไตเตรทด้วยน้ำยาทดสอบ #4 หยดทีละหยดพร้อมกับเขย่าเบาๆและนับจำนวนหยดที่ใช้ทั้งหมดทีท่าให้สารละลายสีเหลืองกลายเป็นสารละลายใสไม่มีสีจดบันทึกเป็นค่า A
